Steer clear of mentally taxing activities that can disrupt your sleep, such as watching TV or browsing on your phone.

Establish a Sleep-Friendly Ambience
Your sleeping environment has a big impact on how well you sleep. Make sure your bedroom has supportive pillows, cosy bedding, and a cool, dark, quiet atmosphere. If needed, spend money on white noise machines or blackout drapes to drown out any outside sounds. Set Sleep Consistency as a Top Priority
